High Street, Hampton Hill

Following the recent changes to the Permitted Development Order, Cunnane Town Planning LLP have successfully secured another prior approval for a change of use from offices to residential, forming six one-bedroom flats within the village setting of Hampton Hill. Our long term experience of working within the Borough allowed us to work closely with the Local Authority in securing approval under these new rights, despite uncertainty in how these changes would be implemented and how submissions will be assessed by the Local Authority. The Practice was able to judge the complexity of issues and, where necessary, coordinate external consultants.
