Cunnane Town Planning LLP has secured planning permission from the London Borough of Ealing for the change use of a large warehouse within an designated Major Employment Location from Use Class B8 (storage and distribution) to a sui generis use comprising a 24 hour courier business and private hire business.

The Practice successfully demonstrated that whilst the proposed use was not strictly speaking an employment use, the proposals would actually increase the number of on-site employees, and thus would deliver sustainable economic growth and would be compatible with the existing uses within the locality.
