On instructions from Octagon Developments Ltd, the Practice has secured planning permission for a very large detached house and garage on this site, which had already been purchased by the client. Following the rejection of an earlier scheme, Cunnane Town Planning met with the case officer to discuss possible changes to alleviate the Council’s concerns. A fresh application was lodged in January and the application was approved under delegated powers, subject to appropriate conditions.
