Windmill Road, Chiswick

In May 2014, acting on behalf of Crest Nicholson London, Cunnane Town Planning LLP secured planning permission for the redevelopment of an office site in Chiswick to provide six luxury townhouses.  The Practice successfully assisted the clients in establishing a lawful fallback position by way of securing prior approval (in November 2013) for the conversion of the existing office building into 9 flats, and then obtained pre-application advice from the London Borough of Hounslow and also organised and attended a pre-application public consultation event, with the Practice working in conjunction with other specialist consultants in preparing a robust planning application which addressed all of the points raised at pre-application stage, concluding with an Officer delegated approval.
