In August 2014, Cunnane Town Planning LLP once again secured prior approval for a change of use from offices to residential under the recent changes to permitted development. By working closely with the Applicant and Architect, the Practice was able to address every possible issue prior to submission of the application. As a result the Local Planning Authority were completely satisfied with the proposals and gave prior approval within just 5 weeks of submission. The Practice is now working with the Client to submit a second application, proposing external alterations to the building so that it is better suited to the new residential use.
