Priory Road, Kew

Planning permission has recently been obtained for the reversion of a property comprising three self-contained flats back to a single dwellinghouse within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.  Having regard to the Council’s adopted planning policies, which seek to protect all existing housing stock, the Practice successfully demonstrated that the reversion would deliver long-term sustainable benefits and would not have an adverse impact on local character, with those benefits outweighing the loss of housing stock. The Practice have secured a number permissions for similar reversions, including three cases within this Borough within the past 18 months.
