Cedars Road, Barnes

Following on from several recent approvals for similar proposals, the Practice has again secured planning permission from the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for the reversion of a property within a Conservation Area in Barnes from four self-contained back to a single dwellinghouse.

Although all of the flats were occupied and in good condition, the Practice successfully demonstrated that the reversion would deliver long-term sustainable benefits and would not have an adverse impact on local character, with those benefits outweighing the loss of housing stock.
