Having previously acted as advocate on behalf of the Local Planning Authority, Joe Cunnane, the Senior Partner in the Practice, has been asked to act in a similar role during consideration of amendments to the currently adopted plan. The advocacy service that Joe provides represents a cost effective alternative to employing Counsel whilst still ensuring that a dedicated team of professionals effectively promotes the clients' needs through the Public Inquiry procedure.
