Cunnane Town Planning LLP, working with Clive Chapman Architects, Twickenham, have successfully negotiated permission for a mixed-use development on this Thames riverside site in Hampton Wick, near Kingston. Formerly a rather run-down employment site, permission has been secured for 892m² (9,600ft²) of modern office space and 25 residential units comprising riverside apartments and affordable housing. The application was supported by a marketing report to demonstrate lack of demand for the existing premises and by a financial viability assessment to limit the scope of planning contributions.
