The Billionaire Club, Haymarket
Cunnane Town Planning prepared and lodged a planning application with supporting documentation for the change of use of a former nightclub in the heart of the West End. The proposal site, within the West End Stress Area and subject to Westminster City Council’s TACE 10 policy, will become “The Billionaire Club”, a landmark nightclub and restaurant of international standard. An appeal was determined at Public Inquiry in favour of the proposed use, where the Council conceded that exceptional circumstances existed and that no ‘harm’ would result from the development, following consideration of evidence that demonstrated there was no harmful over concentration of late night entertainment uses in this part of the West.
