Cunnane Town Planning are providing a consultancy service to the Council's development control office on a planning application involving the regeneration of Bracknell town centre. The project will result in the physical and economic regeneration of the town centre through the comprehensive redevelopment of the town's urban fabric. The development involves the creation of 56,000m² of new retail space, 15,000m² of new leisure and entertainment facilities, and 62,000m² of new and replacement business space, as well as 1,000 new homes and 3,500 new car parking spaces. Two Partners have lead the consultancy team for this project and guided the consideration of these proposals to an approval at Local Authority level within tight timescales.
