In addition to the many Local Planning Authorities that the Practice provides development control support to, Cunnane Town Planning can also provide specialist advice on a wide range of issues. We have previously provided advice on discrete policy areas, such as Affordable Housing Assessments and Class A5 (Takeaways) policy controls as well as site specific advice in the form of Development Briefs or Planning Assessments of selected buildings or sites.
