The Practice has provided advice to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead over the past three years on the development of a replacement grandstand at Ascot Racecourse, as well as handling the associated planning and listed building applications, and planning applications for various accommodation works. The entire site is located within the green belt and the new building will be the largest single structure in Berkshire when completed.
