On behalf of private landowners, the Practice has played a key role in the development of the emerging Selby Local Plan. Having submitted over 90 separate representations of objection and support, the Practice went on to contribute widely to the Public Inquiry, with four separate expert witnesses submitting a suite of evidence on a broad range of issues from housing and highways, through to Equestrian Centres and agricultural dwellings.
