Tesco - Clare Hall, Dublin
Cunnane Stratton Reynolds submitted and co-ordinated the planning application for a district shopping centre of a 5,000 sq.m superstore, 19 retail units, offices, foodcourt, park and ride for 420 cars and 150 residential units. The Practice also produced the Landscape Masterplan and visual assessment as part of the Environmental Impact Statement for the scheme. The Tesco Extra Store opened in 2003.
