Tesco - Heysham
Cunnane Town Planning successfully obtained planning permission for an 'Express' format Tesco store on the site of a former petrol filling station. A supporting statement was also prepared and considered along side the planning application for a single storey convenience store of 367 sqm (gross) of retail floorspace. The express store was intended to serve a local need and bring back into use a vacant and underused brownfield site.
