Tesco - Merthyr Tydfil
The Practice has secured planning permission for the redevelopment of a prominent, sustainably located town centre site to accommodate a large retail development comprising a shopping arcade with 11 retail units, large foodstore with ancillary offices and associated surface car parking. The development forms part of a comprehensive town centre regeneration strategy which sought to secure Merthyr Tydfil Town Centre as a regional commercial centre and inject new life into the town centre, creating some 500 employment opportunities.
