Wealden District Council
The Practice has been retained since 1997 to carry out overflow appeal work for Wealden District Council in East Sussex. Typically, after an initial briefing, site visit and appraisal, Cunnane Town Planning takes on the management of the appeal, including the preparation of evidence, and co-ordination with experts and outside consultees, as well as ensuring that submission deadlines are met.
The Practice has received instructions on up to 12 sites a year, often involving multiple appeals and has enjoyed a success rate of around 70%.
